    [_Predictive] Communications Module

A rehearsal space for stakeholder response.

The Predictive Communications Module is part of our Synthetic Comms and Synthetic Board experiments. It explores a simple but powerful question: before a team publishes an artifact or commits to a decision, can we simulate how different stakeholders are likely to react?

The prototype is based on MiroFish, an external open-source swarm intelligence simulation engine. MiroFish uses seed material to construct a simulated environment, populate it with autonomous agents, and produce a prediction report. We are applying that idea to communications and boardroom workflows: press releases, announcements, memos, narratives, and strategic decisions.

Synthetic Teams are useful because they can produce high-quality output quickly. But speed creates a new question: how will that output land with the people who matter?

The Predictive Communications Module acts as a response layer for that question. A draft press release from Synthetic Comms, or a proposed decision from Synthetic Board, can be used as seed material for a stakeholder simulation. The goal is not a perfect forecast. The goal is to expose likely objections, misunderstandings, support, resistance, and second-order effects while the team still has time to revise.

    What it explores

    Inside the [_experiment]

    01 — Stakeholder response testing

The module explores how different stakeholder groups may respond to a communication or decision: customers, employees, journalists, regulators, partners, investors, activists, internal teams, or any audience relevant to the case.

    02 — Synthetic Comms rehearsal

A press release, announcement, campaign message, or public statement can be tested before publication. The simulation can help identify where the message may be misread, where it creates confidence, and where it may trigger concern.

03 — Synthetic Board stress testing

A proposed board decision can be examined through likely stakeholder reactions. The module can help surface practical risks, narrative consequences, and questions the board should be ready to answer.

    04 — Revision intelligence

The output is not only a prediction. It is input for revision: which paragraph may need more context, which claim may feel unsupported, which audience may need a different explanation, and which risk should be addressed before the artifact leaves the room.

    Why it matters

Most teams test communications after they have already created a reaction. Most boards discover stakeholder resistance after the decision has left the room.

This experiment asks whether AI simulation can move that learning earlier. By combining Synthetic Teams with a MiroFish-based predictive layer, we can rehearse the possible reception of an artifact or decision before it becomes public, political, expensive, or difficult to change.

    Early Labs prototype

The Predictive Communications Module is an early Labs prototype. We are exploring how to connect Synthetic Comms and Synthetic Board outputs to MiroFish-style multi-agent simulation, how to define stakeholder groups responsibly, and how to turn simulated reactions into useful editorial and strategic guidance.

If your team wants to know how an announcement, artifact, or board decision might land before it goes out, this experiment is designed for that kind of rehearsal.
